Founded in 2017, Grace Rose Properties serves the Front Range region of Colorado's growing need for workforce housing. We actively own multi-family real estate assets with a focus on development and redevelopment of C-class housing.

Grace Rose Properties owns multiple assets in suburban Denver, focused exclusively on workforce housing in the suburban markets west of I-25. In addition to existing assets, we are completing the entitlement process for a three-story apartment development in Lakewood.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide quality workforce housing. Our team is active in all aspects of our business including underwriting, due diligence, financing, capital budgeting and improvements, day-to-day management, and disposition. We operate as a "high touch" business and stay engaged with all stakeholders including tenants, property managers, financing and capital markets professionals, tax professionals, investment sales brokers, investors, and other commercial real estate owners.

We believe our strategy benefits all stakeholders and provide superior risk adjusted returns to investors.
